Covid-19 : Suna’s business continuity plan

21.3.20

At this time of uncertainty we wanted to advise on how we at Suna will be working during this constantly changing climate.

As with most companies in the industry and the wider community, our first priority is to ensure the well-being, health and safety of our staff, clients, contractors and suppliers, alongside our desire to support all of our clients and continue to provide the high level of service we pride ourselves on. Our collaborative approach to working, internally and externally, is a fundamental part of the Suna ethos and is never more relevant than in these difficult times.

So, with this in mind I can confirm that we already have a large proportion of staff set up and working from home. They have access to all the same facilities as if they were in the office and are cracking on with the design work to fulfill our workload. On the whole our clients seem to be working towards the coming deadlines with the same approach as us, to continue as best we can to achieve as much as we can.

While we are able to facilitate our current schedule of installations and deliveries, we will continue to do so. Obviously, the situation is changing daily but as long as we keep communicating, we can plan for any changes as they arise. If you are planning on postponing any projects, then please do get in touch and we can make a plan on how to proceed.

Whilst it is understandable that our show home and marketing suite installations may be affected at some point, that is not the case with our other design services. Our Specification and Design for CGI work is almost all computer based, as is the design work for the Show Home and Marketing Suite tenders. So, we are pleased to be able to reassure you that everything is proceeding as normal on these projects.

As many of you have noticed, and already implemented, all meetings and presentations are being carried out remotely. We have been providing a mixture of audio and video conferencing and this has been working well to ensure we hit deadlines and get everything across to our clients as required.

It is unquestionably a difficult time for us all, but as a company looking forward to celebrating our 20th anniversary next year, we have confidence in our ability to ride out the storm. We welcome your co-operation over the coming weeks and months.

Keep safe and keep in touch.

Kind regards,

Helen & Becks
