We love a good quality, well designed CGI, buT if you're anything like us then I am sure you get bombarded with
emails and LinkedIn connection requests from visualisation companies around the world?
And I mean, literally every country across the world!
So how on earth are you supposed to choose who to go with?
At Suna, alongside our show home service, we work with CGI companies to realise designs for photographic quality imagery that can be used as part of the sales process. These images, fly throughs and interactive content have become as valuable for marketing purposes as the show homes themselves, especially in the current 'distanced' climate. And as property purchasers get more used to seeing through the eyes of their home computers, and making big decisions based on what they see, the importance of these CGIs cannot be underestimated.
Quality is key, in both the realism of the images, and of course, in the interior design elements of each property. We pay as much attention to the design of our CGIs as we do to the design of our show homes. We adapt our process to allow for in-depth communication with the CGI developer, to ensure that our vision becomes their reality. We issue packs of info and we collaborate every step of the way to make sure the end result is as good as it can be.
So you've got the interior designer lined up (us, of course!). But who to go to in this oversaturated field of CGI production companies? Some are good. Some are bad. Some are amazing. We only work with the amazing ones, and it’s only the amazing ones we would recommend.

MILLER HARE
These CGIs were for Mount Anvil at their Silk District and Three Waters developments in London, using Miller Hare to bring to life the designs that we had created for the concierge, residents areas and show homes.
PELICAN MEDIA
CGIs created for this stunning development, Clifftown Shore in Southend-on-Sea, detailed our work on interior specification and design for the interiors of the virtual show home.
Our strong working relationship with Pelican Media ensured that the results were second to none.
CGI DESIGN
Working with Clarion Housing Group and CGI Design on CGIs and fly throughs, these images showcase our work on a show home and on a stunning double height entrance area to The Boulevard development in Blackfriars.
The CGIs for the show home include some of the best detail shots we have seen!

Gorgeous interior design. Gorgeous CGIs. We collaborated with V1 on these CGIs for a development by Telereal Trillium at their 127 West Ealing development, for a show home and their residents areas.

And last but not least, these CGIs by Fumo for Hyde New Homes at two of their London developments, Eastman Village and Surr Street.
