QUESTION TWO : Give us a quick run down of a typical day at Suna for you?
Lots and lots of time on Pinterest! We have been scheming for some really lovely developments recently, so I’ve been finding some great inspiration! But alongside that I will be keeping an eye on my emails and making sure that any projects that are coming up to install are all in order and ready to go.
QUESTION THREE : What’s your favourite Suna project?
Blackwall Reach show apartment by far! I hadn’t really seen it in the early stages or come together so it was such a treat to see when the photographs were sent around.
QUESTION FOUR : Tell us something about you we would never guess?
I’m a diehard fan of the Archers.
QUESTION FIVE : If you had £1,000,000 what would you spend it on?
I would buy a house. We live on the edge of London near Surrey so I would go a little further into the countryside with a good size garden. I’d probably still need a mortgage though with what prices are like around us!
QUESTION SIX : Favourite food/drink?
Cheese.
QUESTION SEVEN : Least favourite food/drink?
I’m Vegetarian so any meat but particular anything cruel like veal.
QUESTION EIGHT : Favourite film?
The Family Stone. I’ll watch it twice in one day around Christmas. I recently showed it to my husband, but he wasn’t so sure on the questionable spouse swapping! I just watch it for the big family and gorgeous house.
QUESTION NINE : Favourite holiday destination?
I just love the English countryside so anywhere very remote and mountainous like The Lakes of Snowdonia.
QUESTION TEN : What are your top three pet peeves?
I wouldn’t say that these are really pet peeves but sometimes these things can slightly irritate me:

Words being mispronounced

Driving out to a big house in the country with lots of friends, lots of dogs and lots of board games.
QUESTION twelve : What is your favourite possession/piece of furniture/interior item that you own?
My engagement ring. It’s just beautiful and has the most incredible story behind it. My wedding ring was found in an antique shop and matched it perfectly.
QUESTION thirteen : Dream home?
A little house in the middle of a village with a walled garden and lots of land. A studio with a floor loom looking out onto the garden. Either Georgian or Victorian with lots of weird shelves in the walls and doors that open directly onto staircases. Sofas with loose linen covers, bare floorboards, rugs layered on top of each other and wrought iron side tables. Filled with ceramics, art, books, plants, and chairs. Abundant window seats looking out onto a good view and plenty of room for hosting. I’ll get this for a million in Surrey, right?!
QUESTION fourteen : What’s your favourite or earliest memory?
My brother is only 19 months younger than me but I’m sure I can remember my dad and his friend putting up the cot in my room. It feels traumatic.
QUESTION fifteen : If you weren’t in your current role what other career could you have seen your self doing?
When I was little I thought a lot about the future and I loved day dreaming about what job I would do. I genuinely don’t think there isn’t a job I haven’t thought about doing, from psychiatrist to zookeeper to baby clothes designer.
However I’ve wanted to be an interior designer since I was about 15 and the only thing that came close to challenging that was a police officer. But then The Bill was cancelled, and I went off the idea!

Okay …. I have this real phobia about stickers. I even hate the word and struggle to say it. I have to do a lot of label removing when on site and it’s the worst thing about my job. I also hate rats. Again, struggle to say (and write) the word. I feel physically distressed whenever I hear the word or see one. Even a picture.
QUESTION twenty : What advice would you give the teenage/child you?
Please stop worrying so much. Life turns out better than you could have imagined.
Also, stay away from henna hair dye. No one notices what vague shade of brown your hair is but they do notice when it is pond green and then bright orange when you try and strip it out.
